The importance of inclusive is promoting equality and supporting diversity with a Person Centred approach

The importance of inclusive is promoting equality and supporting diversity with a Person Centred approach. A standard which is a requirement for promoting and maintaining a good level of care, which recognises individuality, preferences and cultural differences. All of this will not function unless service provider’s policy practices are inclusive. It is legal document which requires maintaining equality and support diversity in a work place. If homes, practices are inclusive, then everyone will be treated individually, fairly and equally, regardless of their gender, ethnicity, colour, race, or disability. If homes, do not practice this and they are not being inclusive, then this will have fail to treat people fairly and support diversity. Hence, service users are not treated as equal and discrimination will not succeed
when working in an inclusive environment, all individuals, service users are valued equally, and their opinions and preferences are respected equally regardless any differences.
