Infertility is sever threat to masculinity and femininity, which leads to aggression, depression and emotional complications. There is an unspoken fear of loss of significant relationships, because both man and woman are hurt, tired and are under great pressure; they feel depleted of physical and emotional energy. They may become less able to fulfill each other’s needs and thereby suffer a loss of closeness to the point of feeling apart. The infertile couples individuals might undergo a loss of relationship, health, status, prestige, self-esteem, self-confidence, security, fantasy and loss of something or someone of great symbolic value. The marital relation is affected on the aspects such as sexual identity, self-esteem, communication patterns and future life choices. (Shapiro,1982).
