Imagine not having the ability to hear the birds chirping in the morning, or unable to hear the voice of your parents. This reality happened to Marlee Matlin at 18 months old. Marlee Matlin’s book, “I’ll Scream Later,” takes readers on an emotional journey regarding the uprising of her acting career; however, unfortunate encounters and events followed throughout Matlin’s journey in the acting industry. As a role model in the deaf community, many people are inspired by Matlin’s dedication in the deaf world as well as in the acting world. This autobiography truly impacts ones soul in striving for greatness even when times are tough.
