I have chosen this topic to spotlight on one of the most technological trend these days known as AI(Artificial Intelligence).Artificial Intelligence is the development of computer systems that are able to perform different tasks that would require human intelligence.A machine with strong A.I. is able to think and act just like a human.
Artificial Intelligence was first proposed by John McCarthy in 1956 .Artificial Intelligence will define the next generation of software solutions. This computer science course provides an overview of AI, and explains how it can be used to build smart apps that help organizations be more efficient and enrich people’s lives.
Much like humans, these computers learn from experience. In their case though, the experience is gathered from data. Computers are brilliant at computational intelligence – remembering, calculating probability, discerning patterns in datasets too subtle for people to notice. This capacity is harnessed in the field of predictive analytics using machine learning.
MACHINE LEARNING:
Machine learning is an application of artificial intelligence (AI) that provides systems the ability to automatically learn and improve from experience without being explicitly programmed. Machine learning focuses on the development of computer programs that can access data and use it learn for themselves.
The process of learning begins with observations or data, such as examples, direct experience, or instruction, in order to look for patterns in data and make better decisions in the future based on the examples that we provide. The primary aim is to allow the computers learn automatically without human intervention or assistance and adjust actions accordingly.
IMPORTANCE OF AI:
Artificial Intelligence is the machines which are designed and programmed in such a manner that they and think and act like a human.Artificial Intelligence becomes the important part of our daily life. Our life is changed by AI because this technology is used in a wide area of day to day services.These technologies reduce human effort. Now in many industries, people are using this technology to develop machine slaves to perform the different activity. Using the machine for the work speed up your process of doing work and give you an accurate result.
IMPORTANCE OF AI IN DAILY LIFE:
*IN MEDICAL: In medical science AI is used to create virtual personal health care assistant. AI technology changes the face of medical science. The most important thing they give 24/7 assistance.
*IN HEAVY INDUSTRIES:AI are mostly used in the production unit. They are used as a robot who give a different shape to an object, who displace object from one place to another.and also they are used in management system to keep records of employee.By using AI they can perform task fastly and helps in business to run properly
*IN BANK AND FINANCIAL SYSTEM:Most of the activities take a lot of time and efforts from the employees and at times there is also a chance of a human error in these activities so to speak. Some of the works that banks and financial institutions handle are investing money in stocks, financial operations, managing various properties, etc.With the artificial implementation in the bank helps them to focus on every customer, and provide them quick resolution.
*IN AIR TRANSPORT:Without AI air transport won’t survive.A machine which is used in the plans for performing different functions is run on the basis of AI. All most all the activity which performed to control air transportation is based on AI technologies.Many applications are implemented for passengers save and secure journey.
*IN GAMING:We all are able to play different games that all because of Artificial Intelligence.Many bots are introduced to play and provide you the great entertainment.
ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES:
ADVANTAGES:
Medical Applications: Increasing the integration of A.I. tools in every day medical applications could improve the efficiency of treatments and avoid cost by minimizing the risk of false diagnosis.and for complicated surgeries we can use robots instead of human.
In DailyLife:We use Artificial Intelligence in many applications like Apple’s Siri, Windows’s Cortona, Android’s Google Now are all intelligent digital personal assistant.Using these type of applications we can communicate with our device using our voice,Which makes our work easy.
Break:Unlike Human being, the machine can work 24*7 without any break. We required a break after some work to regain energy, Speed, and freshness while the machine can work without any break.
in education:One teacher can’t manage to teach each and every student individually, but AI or Robots can easily adapt to each student’s individual learning needs and can target instruction based on their strengths and weaknesses.
In Agriculture System:Industries are developing and programming autonomous robots or AI to handle essential agriculture task such as Harvesting crops at large volume faster than labors.
Public Utilities: Self Driving Cars, which would be a major decrease in car crashes. We already have seen how many modern design self-driving cars have changed the world of so many disabled peoples.
DISADVANTAGES:
High Cost: Its creation requires high cost as they are complicated machines. The hardware and software in the machine need to get regular updates and maintenance with the time to meet the latest requirements as they required a high cost.
Can’t think out of Box:The robot can’t act any different outside of whatever algorithms or programming is done in there. They can do only work that they are made for or programmed for.
less employment:The increasing numbers of automated machines leading to unemployment. As we know that machines d0 repeatable and routine task much better than humans.
Addictions: We depend on machines to make everyday tasks more efficient. For Example, we have clothes washed by washing machine instead of doing that by hand as before or they clean dishes just by putting them into a dishwasher.Today’s generation, most of the people are depending on mobile applications like Siri, Cortona, Google Assistance. If we don’t need our thinking abilities, these will be gradually decreased.
Conclusion:
AI technology becomes the part of everyone’s life. From small to big work everyone is using AI to generate leads and remove the work pressure. These technologies are so advanced that you don’t have to write code for every activity. They understand the motion of work automatically.
