Since most of the researches conducted are focusing on the students, the researchers also wanted to flip the coin and see the other side of the situation which is knowing the perceptions of the Practicum Supervisors towards the Behavioral Competency of their trainees.
Mixed method was used in which quantitative data analysis and qualitative data analysis were combined to dissect information and come up with the saturation point. The chosen respondents were the 5 industry partners of the NNHS work immersion period.
Result shows that majority of the Practicum Supervisors rated 4 in the overall behavioral competency of the student-trainees.
