Abstract
This study aimed to know the perceptions of the Practicum Supervisors towards the Behavioral Competency of the Noli National High school On-the-Job Trainees. Since most of the researches conducted are focusing on the students, the researchers also wanted to flip the coin and see the other side of the situation which is knowing the perceptions of the Practicum Supervisors towards the Behavioral Competency of their trainees.
Mixed method was used in which quantitative data analysis and qualitative data analysis were combined to dissect information and come up with the saturation point. The chosen respondents were the 5 industry partners of the NNHS work immersion period.
Result shows that majority of the Practicum Supervisors rated 4 in the overall behavioral competency of the student-trainees. However, problems of the practicum supervisors were discovered during the conduct of this research in which researchers clustered all of it to create themes. Nevertheless, the Practicum Supervisors are still willing to accept Trainees from Noli National High School in the next work immersion period.
