The aim of the present study demonstrate that syntheisis and characterization of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) using papaya leaf extract (PLE) and explore its anticancer effecay on epithelial cancer cells .The nobel findings of this work are synthesized AgNPs-PLE exhibits anticancer activity by downlegulating the expression of cyclin D1 and the increased expression of p21,p27 as wells as p53 on DU-145 cells.Together, this study for the first time report that syntesized AgNP-PLE shown anticancer activity in various cancer cells and associated biological event in prostate cancer cells.The eco-friendly and cost-effective synthesis of AgNP-PLE provides therapeutic strategies for the treatment of prostate cancer patients.
