Strawberry Chantilly (Baked Berry)
Ingredients: 1 cup butter, ¾ cups honey, ½ tsp almond extract, 5 separated eggs, 1? cups cake flour, 2 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp salt, ½ cup milk, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, ½ cup sliced almonds, 2 cups whipping cream, 1 pint, 1 tsp almond extract, ¼ cup powdered sugar, and 1¼ cups chopped strawberries.
Cooking Method: Preheat the oven to 350 F. Take two cake pans, grease and flour them.Add butter and honey in a bowl and beat them. Now, add almonds and egg yolks in it. Further blend the mixture until all the ingredients are mixed well. Add cake flour, salt and baking powder in it. Add milk alternately in the mixture with the honey mixture. Spread the mixture in the cake pan.
Take another bowl, add egg whites in it, ½ tsp cinnamon and ¼ cup honey in it and beat the ingredients. Now, spoon the egg white mixture into the prepared pans and sprinkle sliced almonds on top of it. Bake the mixture for 30-35 minutes.
For filling: Whip cream in a bowl, add almonds and honey in it and beat the mixture. Put the prepared cake on top of each other and spread the filling.
