The results of this research show that the service quality and also the number of customers is beyond expectations on the taxi car service at Brunei International Airport. In fact, during findings of this research show that the service quality at Brunei International Airport performance are high which may due to high customer satisfaction. Also, it was definitely because of the quality services would be from customer satisfaction and loyalty. In addition to the findings of this market research show that there is a positive and high meaningful relation on all the service that are being provided especially on the quality of taxi cars services at Brunei International Airport. Quality in services with satisfaction of customers and their loyalty will definitely increase the sale revenue of the taxi cars services industry. In fact, a good services plays an important role in customers satisfaction and loyalty. There was one problem when doing the market research while observation being conducted is that the number of customer in general coming to Brunei are very low as it indicate that tourism in Brunei are not in a good condition. Which making the customers using taxi cars services is also low.
Since there were no problem on waiting time, but by sustaining the quality service of Brunei taxi services can be made. Ways to sustaining the quality of the Brunei International Airport on taxi cars services is by continue to do the service even better. Considering the above mentioned findings that the Airport management should try to increase their tourism industry which may increase the use of taxi cars services in Brunei.
