Lady Montague dies out of her depression over the exile of Romeo. Paris, Juliet,Tybalt, Mercutio, and Lady Montague died. While all the characters that died had scenes to show their death, Lady Montague “death scene” was spoken by Lord Montague.

Love:
Wss- Love is shown in west side story with Maria and Tony. These two characters fall in love but aren’t able to be together as Maria is already arranged to marry chino. The race of each characters also stop them from being in love as Maria is Puerto Rican and Tony is an American, and their friends wont allow it.
Romeo+Juliet- Love is shown in Romeo and Juliet as these two characters fall in love at a party but are forbidden to see each other as both their families have their differences.
Devised- Love is shown in our devised piece as our characters ‘Rose’ and ‘Julian’ both have strong feelings towards each other but are unable to even speak to each other as they are in separate friend groups who have tension towards each other.

Wss- Conflict is shown in West Side Story within the racial groups. The Jets are American and the Sharks are puerto rican which sets a racial barrier.
