Chocolate is a very sumptuous delight that many people around the world enjoy. There are many varieties of chocolate such as milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate, belgian chocolate and many more. Though have you ever wondered how some of these varieties are different from each other? Well today you’re in luck because I am about to blow your mind about the difference of america’s favorites, dark chocolate and milk chocolate. Here’s what I will be talking about: the health benefits, which chocolate is prefered, and some of the chocolates history.
Although milk chocolate may taste great, it’s not as good for you as dark chocolate is. This is because milk chocolate contains less of the original cocoa bean than dark chocolate does. Although milk chocolate does contain cocoa solids, it’s often combined with milk solids, sugar, and cream. Since milk chocolate does contain some cocoa solids though, it’s not completely valid of all nutrition; however, the nutritional quality is minimal in comparison with dark chocolate, which typically has more of the original cocoa present. This is important because the more cocoa that is present, the higher the nutritional quality.
According to stats milk chocolate is more preferred around america. This is probably because of the extra sugar and cream added to make it more appetizing. Unlike dark chocolate which has a more bittersweet kinda taste.
