Dear Sir,
Clogged Drains
As the representative of the community in my locality, I would like to complaint that we are very dissapointed about the unconcern of the local town council towards the clogged drains in our area.

2.We felt very disappointed with the town council workers for not clearing the clogged drains which are filled with rubbish, soil and grass. The drains would usually overflow when there is heavy rain. This overflow in drainage causes the problem of bad odour.
3.We are really concerned about the residents’ health. Due to the clogged drain, the water becoming stagnant and is an ideal breeding ground for mosquitoes. Dengue can occur at any time.
We have already given many complaints to the local Town Council, but no action is taken to solve this problem. We really hope that this time the authorities will look to our complaint and take a prompt action to solve it.
