Equality refers to being the same with a dog and whoever else. Diversity is just the difference between everyone. What makes people different like their skin colour, age, sex, marriage status? It is the thing that differentness us from eachother. It is what makes us different but it includes us all together which is where inclusion comes in. Inclusion is based on the bases of being included ina group regardless of the skin hair colour eye colour, skin colour. It is all about being included in a team or a workplace or a society. There is a law that protects people called the euqailty act 2010 and this is a protection for people and if they feel like they have been discriminated from then they will Ned to take action and will need to take this up with a lawer. And the company will then be under scrutiny and could lose their goods reputation.
