Donald Trump was born on June 14, 1946 in Queens, New York at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center as the 4th child out of 5 to the parents of Fredric C. and Mary Anne Macleod Trump. His father was a real estate builder that was born to German parents in New York while his mother was a Scottish immigrant that first worked as a house cleaner. His mother was a Presbyterian and trump as a result of it identifies himself as a mainline Protestant.
As a kid he received regular education until his parents decided to send him to the New York Military Academy when he was only 13. Their reason for doing this was in hope that the discipline at the school would put all the exuberant and assertive energy he had as a child into something productive and benefiting to his character. Trump ended up excelling at the academy in many areas like athletics and school courses while growing to be very social and being involved by becoming a student leader. He graduated in the year 1964 and ended up going to college shortly after. The first college he attended was Fordham University but after only having spent 2 years there he transferred to the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania.
