Ethical leadership plays an enormous role within an organization and is usually recognized as one of the most important aspects in forming an ethical workplace. Ethical leadership can be associated with an individual’s personal appearances such as honesty and trustworthiness. These leaders are known as decision-makers who care about their staff and the society. According to (Brown ; Trevino 2006), these persons are ethical ; moral in their individual lives and their professional professions as well. It was also stated by Brown et al. 2005, that the ethical leadership can be seen from three critical aspects which includes treating individuals fairly and actively managing morality.
