Eisenstone D'OR Shiraz 2022 mandala To minimise filtration at bottlingThe source block for the d'Or is not limited to any one vineyard, however the grapes for this wine were sourced from the Wilksch Vineyard in Greenock. The vines are approaching 100 years of age and prodcue exceptional quality year after year. Winemaking The grapes were fermented in small batches and after fermentation was matured in 50% new French oak for 20 months prior to bottling. Minimal intervention is used in the winemaking process and the wine
