80’s Yellow and Black Nylon Vest by Bell Wether vintage slouchy hat Low back and very high1980s yellow and black panel nylon vest with front zip waist pockets and back long zippered pocket. Made in USA by Bell Wether. Lining is polyester, outer is nylon. Will fit a range of sizes, depending on if youd like to style fitted or oversized. In good vintage condition, no flaws to note.
