80's Black and Teal Silk Polka Dot Blouse by Pierre Cardin 1970s unisex jacket It's in excellent vintage conditionTurn heads with this oh so 80's secretary style blouse by Pierre Cardin This fantastic silk shirt features what I like to call 'pebble dots' (instead of the usual polka dot print), of black on vivid blue jacquard ground. The front features a striking black panel section, to highlight the v neckline and upper 'necklace or choker collar'. The shoulders are wide set, with sleeves that gather delicately into wide, triple button cuffs. To finish off this
