Registration fees includes congress material, publication of article in the journal, admission to all scientific sessions and exhibitions, refreshments, lunches, opening ceremony, welcome reception and closing ceremony.

Payment Instructions
Payment of the congress registration fees can be made in two ways.

Payment by Bank Transfer
1. Payment to be made by bank transfer payable to accounts details below:
        Account No: 8008253005
        Beneficiary Name: Unise International
        Bank name: CIMB Bank, Inanam Point, JalanTuaran, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
        Swift Code: CIBBMYKL
2. All paid bank-in-slip/payment advice need to be emailed to icst2017[at]unise.org as a proof of payment.
3. Official receipt will be issued after the payment is provided and confirmed.
4. Please write ICST2017 and your name on the payment detail when making the payment.

Payment by Credit/Debit Card
1. Please email the Congress Secretary (icst2017[at]unise.org) requesting for invoice for payment using Credit or Debit Card by sending together your acceptance letter.
2. An invoice will be sent by email with a link for making the payment.
3. All paid payment advice need to be emailed to icst2017[at]unise.org as a proof of payment.
4. Official receipt will be issued after the payment is provided and confirmed.
5. For payment by credit card or debit card, please add 4.4% of the invoice amount for PayPal transactions fees.

Note:
Paper submission to this congress is arranged into several rounds. This is to provide flexibility to the participants in making their submission. However, we hope to get most papers as early as possible so that we have enough time to administrate the papers and can complete the publication soon after the conference end. Therefore, we provide very early paper submission round with lower registration fees to encourage early submission. As the submission round gets closer to the conference date, higher registration fees are imposed as the administrative work involves are harder because of the shorter time frame to complete.
